Plus videos! What did you think?

We had a very good Christmas party earlier this month at Le Grand Bleu near Bastille. In my case it was sandwiched between two working trips to London hence the dearth of blogging. Apologies but since I’m pretty sure nobody is reading this perhaps I shouldn’t worry!

Attendance - at around 70 - was slightly down on the last couple of years which may be due to the price increase, la crise or to other factors that we’ll discuss at the January branch meeting. Despite its odd location following the refurbishment of the restaurant, the cabaret was a great success.

Thanks to Heidi, clips of three of the many exciting acts are available on You Tube:

- Gregor Dallas sings A Wand’ring Minstrel from The Mikado

- Monkey Anne sings GPS to My Heart

- Rachel Hanretty does standup

Big thanks to all involved with the event. If you went to the dinner - or didn’t, please let me know what you think. Plus if you have any photos, let’s have them.
