Thanks to Jeff and Simon

Two important new articles on the website arising from last week’s ADM - and concerning two of the branch’s leading activists.

There’s a full report from our delegate Simon Coss ’The mystery of motion 50, our honorary member and the inevitable subs rise’. Simon is also our outgoing NEC rep and we gave him a massive vote of thanks at the October branch meeting.

Also now online is ’A bloody good trade-unionist’ which is the citation by Jeremy Dear for our other delegate Jeff Apter who was made a member of honour of the union. None of the union’s 150 odd (often very odd) members of honour can have done more for a single branch.

Thanks, Simon. Thanks Jeff - the branch wouldn’t be here without you. Please read the articles. They’re in the members only section.

There’s more to come on the ADM. Our student Rachel Hanretty whom we sponsored to attend will be reporting on her work on the ADM website. Plus Jeff has promised the text of his reply to Jeremy’s citation.
